CONSTITUTION

THE RIGHT PARTY

in the state of Western Australia

1.0 PREAMBLE

We are a party that stands for the Rights of Western Australian citizens, and for choosing to do what is right.

  • To ensure freedom of speech, including independent and diverse media

  • That the people of Western Australia benefit more from our abundant natural resources

  • That private property rights are always protected.

  • To prioritise the accessibility of affordable energy for families and industry

  • That we protect farming, mining, fishing and forestry

  • That licensed firearm owners are recognised and supported in their contribution to animal welfare, conservation and men’s mental health

  • That nobody should ever be compelled or coerced into making a medical decision

  • That men and women are equally valuable, and should be treated that way

  • That biological sex is a fact

  • That we ensure there is an alternative to the major parties’ stranglehold on government, upholding the principle that elected representatives are obliged to prioritise the interests of the people they represent above all other interests
