We believe that in a democracy, we need to be able to hear lots of opinions. There can be no "one truth" in a real democracy. There is no harm in people saying things that are wrong, they should have every right to do so. Any misinformation or disinformation is best addressed with better arguments, not with censorship.

We think it is absurd that we have a housing crisis, a health system crisis, an education crisis and a law and youth crime crisis when we have so much land and so many resources. We need to make sure that we are getting our fair share as a people from the things we produce and export. We are mindful that we don't want to disrupt our mining industry, but we know that they are ruthless negotiators who will do anything to maximise shareholder value. We actually respect that and think it is right that they do so. But we will be very effective negotiators on behalf of the people of Western Australia as well.

We realise most parties believe in private property rights, but we believe they are paramount and extend beyond just physical possessions and land. We also believe that individuals have a right to privacy, and are deeply concerned about the rise of big data and the potential it has to undermine our society. We also believe that if a person is required to give up private property for the collective good, they are fairly compensated and treated with compassion, transparency and respect.

We agree the climate may be changing, but are not convinced the presumed anthropological causes are as certain as they are made out to be, considering other factors like solar cycles and various other inputs which science does not yet completely understand. We are all for reducing waste and pollution, but if we implement policies that result in a lack of accessible affordable energy, we will see many more deaths sooner than we will from anything else.

Out of control cost of living increases hurt families. At the same time, governments are intentionally raising energy costs. We believe that accessible and cheap energy is a prerequisite of prosperity, and should be made a priority.

We want to ensure that we can continue living in prosperity, and that means ensuring we keep selling things to the world. That means a responsible approach striking the right balance between sustainability and commercial interests to ensure many future generations can prosper as we have.

We think Australia has a gun culture that is right. Firearms are used for recreation, animal welfare and conservation purposes, all of which are incredibly important.

Sadly, there has been a recent push to make life difficult for responsible firearm owners, and this seems to be driven by ideology rather than facts.

We oppose any legislation that seeks to demonise responsible licensed firearms owners, and we will advocate for more support and respect for the shooting community

It has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the Covid vaccines were not completely safe, and they certainly were not as effective as they were made out to be. What is also proven beyond a reasonable doubt is that many people were treated very poorly for making conscientious personal medical decisions, and we do not think that is right.

Anyone, particularly our political leaders, that denies our basic right to bodily autonomy must be challenged and held to account. We must not allow this over-reach to happen again.

We believe that men and women are truly equal and that both men and women make invaluable contributions to our society. We also believe that both men and women are capable of being violent towards each other, and that every case should be taken on its merits.

We believe public and judicial systems should take care to treat everyone fairly and where injustice occurs, we will call it out.

We reject gender ideology, and know that biological sex is a fact, there are males and there are females. There are also a very very small number of people where it is not clear as a result of a documented genetic condition. Biological sex matters. We need to protect children from gender reassignment therapy, and we need to protect women’s and girls sports. We are not transphobic, we don't care what personal decisions adults make and abhor any violence or discrimination against anyone. However we believe it is right to say a woman is an adult human female, and there are very good reasons we have the sexes separated in some situations.

We won't be beholden to our donors, and we are exploring technology solutions to be able to survey our members in real time in relation to laws being proposed by the parliament. We love the idea of a swiss style direct democracy with people initiated referendums.
